We had saw our first snowflakes of the season yesterday and it was magical. There's something about seeing the first flurries come out of the sky that says, "Okay, it's officially winter now!" It didn't last long, but we were glued to the window while it fell.
And funny enough, I actually didn't initially find out that it was snowing by looking out the window, all my friends were exclaiming the joyous news on Facebook, the newest weather channel. ;)

that moment when it snows the day of winter solstice...
you are so lucky to have snow, m'dear. this is so precious :)
spectacular.
Beautiful :)
Snowflakes. *Sniffles* I don't get snow down here for Christmas. I'd trade in an 80 degree beach Christmas for just 3 inches of snow, a four-wheeler, a sled, and some rope!
I went up to visit my grandparents for Christmas last year, and we had all of that and my sister and I were sliding down hill on the sled while my Papa dragged the sled with the four-wheeler. Parker (the dog) was chasing us and barking, it was fun and funny!
P.S. Merry Christmas, Ellie! Hopefully your Christmas will be full of snow, the smell of pine, and Jesus Christ' birth. Signed with pen-sealed kisses, dreams, and turtles, Meena. (The randomest girl you'll ever meet! :P)

Oh wonderful snow! Don't you wish we could roll about in it like dogs? (kudos if you know that quote. ;D)
Down south the snow doesn't come until January (if it comes at all) so i always love seeing pictues of it on others' blogs. <3
